                           DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY ASSET



The Company announces that on 9 February 2007 it completed the sale of its
freehold property at 342 Baker Street, Enfield, Middlesex for #310,000, paid in
cash on completion. The property was originally bought by the Company in 1998 as
part of the acquisition of Brand & Co (Booksellers) Limited, and revalued in
February 2006 to #250,000. Brand & Co (Booksellers) Limited continued to use the
property until 2 February 2007, when it then moved into larger rented
accommodation in Hertford.



In line with its stated strategy of debt reduction, the Board will use the
proceeds of this property sale to further reduce the Company's current level of
bank debt. The sale of the freehold property follows the disposal of the "IRS
assets" as notified on 16 January 2007, and the "What Investment assets" as
notified on 2 February 2007.
