Vesting of Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
23 September 2022 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the
market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare
market, announces that on 21 September 2022 , under the terms of
the Craneware plc Long Term Incentive Plan (2016) ("LTIP"),
conditional awards of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Shares") which were granted to three Directors of the Company,
vested to the extent that certain performance conditions were
satisfied.

Preston holds 93,872 Shares which is 0.26% of the issued share
