14 March 2023 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, has been notified that on 13 March, Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, purchased 3,484 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1435p per Ordinary share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Neilson holds 3,446,539 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 9.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
