RESULT OF GENERAL
MEETING
The Board of Digital 9
Infrastructure plc is pleased to announce that at the Company's
General Meeting held today, the resolution to adopt a new
investment objective and policy was voted on by way of a poll and
was passed by shareholders as an ordinary resolution.

Every shareholder has one vote for
every Ordinary Share held. As at 25 March 2024, the issued share
capital of the Company consisted of 865,174,954 Ordinary Shares
with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

In accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.2 copies of the resolution will be submitted to the National
