Grant of
Options under Long Term Incentive Plan
EnSilica plc announces that on 29 April 2024, the Company awarded 30,000
share options under the EnSilica plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2022
to two of its executive directors, as set out in the table below.
The award is over ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") in the form of options to acquire Ordinary
Shares at their nominal value ("LTIP Awards").
