Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services

Andrew Tinkler, Executive Director of Stobart Group sold 250,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 285 pence per
share.
This sale was made in accordance with a Trading Plan referred to
in the announcement dated 20 September 2017.
