Directorate Change and Board Appointment

The Board of Evolution Group, the listed investment bank and private client investment management group, announces that Andrew Westenberger has decided to resign from his position as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.

Evolution will commence the process of finding a successor whose appointment will be announced in due course.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Lord MacLaurin of Knebworth as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Lord MacLaurin was previously on the board of Evolution Group from July 2004 until he stepped down in May 2011, where he had served as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.

Lord MacLaurin was previously Chairman of Vodafone Group plc and of its Nomination and Governance Committees until his retirement from its board in July 2006. He is also a former Chairman of Vodafone Group Foundation and Chartwell Group Limited. Lord MacLaurin was formerly Chairman of Tesco plc from 1985 to 1997 and has been a director of Heineken NV., Enterprise Oil plc, Guinness plc, National Westminster Bank plc and Whitbread plc.

Martin Gray, Chairman of Evolution Group, said:

Lord MacLaurin said:
