The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 20 October 2011 that on 18 October 2011, Deutsche Bank AG were interested in 7,088,310 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 3.05% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of reaching a threshold of 3%.
