                                 Trading update

Gaming Insight Plc ("Gaming Insight" or "the Group"), the digital media rights
and interactive gambling products business, is pleased to issue today an update
on trading over the last 12 months.

Casino business

The casino business continues to go from strength to strength and is currently
operationally profitable with turnover up over 300% year on year to in excess of
£12m (18 months to 31 December 2000: £3.75m) and performing at record levels
during the first six weeks of this year.

Our second generation proprietary software will be launched within weeks,
offering a fully streamed casino capable of taking on the look, feel and
branding elements of our partners brands. This virtual casino environment is a
quantum leap over existing two dimensional on-line casino operators products and
has generated several approaches from brands keen to create their own branded
casinos.

gobarkingmad

The new management and production team appointed before Christmas are further
developing the product and are currently in discussions to secure further rights
to broadcast premium betting opportunities from around the world. The
gobarkingmad idTV channel on Sky digital 425 is undergoing stress testing and an
announcement about a launch date will be made on completion of this testing.

Racing-Network.co.uk

Racing Network has horse racing betting advice service has launched a new
service RNLight.com, tailored for palm top delivery, foreign language
translation and web TV.  Betting revenues continue to grow through the live
prices interactive betting system operating in conjunction with Victor Chandler
International. User numbers have also continued to grow, establishing
Racing-Network.co.uk as one of the premier online betting advice services in the
UK.

Gaming Insight is continuing discussions with strategic funding partners and
will make a further announcement as these are concluded.

betting advice service for enthusiasts worldwide. With a British Horseracing
Board licence, Racing Network provides daily horse racing declarations for
British racing, trainers, jockeys, jockey weights together with a form guide for
each horse declared to run.
