Deferred Bonus Awards award to
Directors/PDMRs
The Company announces that on 29
November 2024, under the Company's Annual
and Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan"),
Graham Prothero, Chief Executive Officer and Stefan Allanson, Chief
Financial Officer were granted nil-cost share options ("Option")
over a total of 11,974 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
("Shares").
