                               Death of Director                               

IMS Maxims Plc announces, with regret, that Ms. Orla Jenkinson, a Director of
the Company, passed away on Sunday 15 May.

David W MacDonald, Chairman, said "As a co-founder of the Company, Orla will be
missed by all those that had the privilege and honour of working with her. Our
thoughts are with her family at this time."

As a mark of respect the offices of the Company will close all day on Wednesday
18 May.
