NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER

Kimberley Diamond Co NL has received a form 604 in accordance with the
provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 as detailed below.

Gem Diamonds Limited and Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd (Gem Group), as at 6
December 2007, increased its holding in the Company to 94.14% of the issued
capital of the Company.
