On 25 January 2022 Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust plc issued
50,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from Treasury at a price of
188.70 pence per share.
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 49,601,088
Ordinary shares, of which 17,075,240 shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the
Company is 32,525,848.
