Appointment of Non-Executive
Director
Midwich Group plc (AIM: MIDW), a
global specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market,
today announces it has appointed Alison Seekings as an independent
Non-Executive Director with effect from 19 March 2024. Upon her
appointment, Alison will be a member of the Group's Board, Audit,
Nominations, Remuneration and Sustainability Committees.
With over 35 years of experience,
Alison has held senior audit positions at Deloitte and Grant
Thornton, where she was recently Audit Partner. Alison has a wealth
of experience working with AIM quoted companies, particularly in
the technology sector, and will further strengthen the Board's
skillset thanks to her extensive technical accounting, financial
governance, and board-level advisory experience.
