Notification of Transactions
of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMRs")
As required by Article 19.3 of
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset
management business, announces that on 9 July 2024 the Company received notification from Link Market
Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated 150 new Ordinary
Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company with an
allocation price of 796p to Clare Mattioli, person closely
associated (PCA) with Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer and
PDMR, as part of a standing annual contribution instruction, under
The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan.
Ian Mattioli's total interest in
Ordinary Shares following this transaction increases to 3,114,679,
which includes shares held Persons Closely Associated with Ian
Mattioli as defined by the UK Market Abuse Regulation. As defined
by The Takeover Code, Ian Mattioli has an interest in 3,120,225
Ordinary Shares, including those held by close relatives, related
trusts and connected persons.
