Notice of Results and
Investor Presentation
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading marketing
and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market will
announce its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on
Thursday 2 May 2024.
The Board confirms that the Final
Results are expected to be in line with the trading update provided
on 24 January 2024 which highlighted:
· Continued growth in Group revenues and profit before
tax
· 73%
increase in cash received from settlements, reflecting 92% more
claims settled in the Group's fully integrated law firm, National
Accident Law ("NAL")
· Over
35,000 new enquiries generated by National Accident Helpline,
continuing its growth in market share
· Strong
performance from Bush & Co., achieving 11% growth in revenue
and operating profit margin increase of 400 bps to 30%
· Net
debt reduced by 27% to £9.7m (31 December 2022: £13.3m)
Following publication of the Final
Results, James Saralis, CEO, and Chris Higham, CFO, will provide a
live presentation on Tuesday 7 May 2024 via the Investor Meet
