Update re Cash Reserves

Further to the announcement made on 15 November 2013, the Board of Armstrong announces that two cheques tendered to settle the remaining GBP50,000 of the GBP500,000 deposit due from Mr Yoram Yossifoff were not honoured. Mr Yossifoff was ordered to pay GBP3,000 on account of costs by 28 November, which he has not done. Armstrong intends to initiate legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount of GBP53,000 together with interest and associated costs.
