The Company announces that on the 7
February 2024, it purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal
value of 5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 3746.44 pence
each.
Following this purchase and
subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share
capital consists of 13,435,694 Ordinary shares with voting
rights.
The above figure of 13,435,694
Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
