In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 31 October 2023, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 189,141,704 Ordinary Shares, each with a nominal value of GBP0.01 and carrying one voting right. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 189,141,704 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
