Notice of Annual General
Meeting
The Company announces that its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the registered
office of the Company at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St
Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4LY at 12.00 p.m. (Guernsey time) on 12
August 2024.
The Notice of AGM has been
dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of
AGM is also available on the Company's website

As part of the Company's continued
approach to transparency, shareholders are invited to listen to the
AGM virtually where the Board can answer pre-submitted questions.

specialist solar energy and energy storage investment company that
is listed on the premium segment of the London Stock
Exchange.
NextEnergy Solar Fund's investment
objective is to provide ordinary shareholders with attractive

dividends, by investing in a diversified portfolio of utility-scale
