Appointment of Luke McGrath as alternate director for Gordon Merchant 
 
 
Plantic is an AIM-quoted company engaged in the development and 
commercialisation of a range of biodegradable plastics from naturally occurring 
high amylose starch. 
 
 
Plantic is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Antony McGrath as an 
alternate director for Gordon Merchant with immediate effect. 
 
 
Luke McGrath (aged 51) is an Australian national and is currently a Director of 
myCFA Pty Ltd an ASIC licensed financial advisory firm. In the last five years 
he also worked for Macquarie Bank as Queensland Head of the Private Bank. 
 
 
Mr. McGrath has also been a Director of the following Australian private 
companies CMT Services Pty Ltd., Ascertain Pty Ltd, Eco Plastic Pty Ltd, My 
Wealth Team Pty Ltd and Merchant Foundation Pty Ltd over the last five years. 
 
 
Other than set out above, he has not been a director of any companies or partner 
of any partnership in the last five years. 
 
 
There are no further disclosures to be made in respect of Mr. McGrath under the 
provisions of Rule 17, Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for 
Companies.
