Marks and Spencer Group PLC (MKS.LN), a retailer of clothing, food and home products, said Wednesday that Ian Dyson, has resigned as group finance and operations director.

MAIN FACTS:

-Dyson will leave Marks and Spencer, on a date to be agreed, to join Punch Taverns PLC (PUB.LN) as group chief executive.

-Shares at 1440 GMT down 11.0 pence, or 3.05%, at 349.80 pence.
