NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

On 22 August 2012, 100,000 Ordinary shares of 0.04786p each in the capital of the Company held by Ian Dyson (a non Executive Director of the Company) through a personal pension plan were sold at a price of 6.7354 pence per share for a total consideration of GBP6,735.40. The sale was due to an administrative action taken by the manager of the pension plan and not as a result of an instruction from Mr Dyson.

Mr Dyson retains the following interests in the Ordinary share capital of the Company:
