Shareholding
The Company was notified on 19 April 2024 that
Chris Sweetland, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
20,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company
(Ordinary Shares) at a
price of 183.75 pence per share on 19 April 2024.
As a result of this transaction, Chris
Sweetland's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total
