Frasers Group PLC (the "Company") was informed on 8 December 2022 that Michael Ashley (a PDMR) had purchased derivatives (spread bet) equivalent to 100,000 shares in the Company and has sold put options over 300,000 shares in the Company with a strike price of 900p expiry September 2023.
