TUI Travel PLC's issued share capital consists of 1,118,010,670 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TUI
Travel PLC under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.


TUI Travel PLC does not hold any shares in treasury.
