                        Notice of Forthcoming Events

In conjunction with TUI AG's announcement today of its preliminary figures for
the three months to 31 March 2008, TUI Travel PLC confirms that its trading for
the three months to 31 March 2008 is in line with the Board's expectations and
that the business is on track for the full year to 30 September 2008.

An announcement containing the detail of the TUI Travel PLC H1 results will be
issued on Tuesday 13 May and the company will also hold a presentation for
analysts and investors on the day.
