Result of General Meeting

TUI Travel announces that, at the General Meeting held on 9 July 2013, the resolution for the proposed purchase of Boeing Aircraft, as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 14 June 2013, was duly passed on a poll.

The number of votes for and against each of the resolutions put before the Meeting and the number of votes withheld were as follows:
