of 29 May 2007 it holds in aggregate, an interest of 10,629,203 ordinary shares
of no par value, or 3.83% of UraMin's issued share capital. These shares are
registered in the names of North Sound Legacy Institutional Fund LLC and North
Sound Legacy International Limited.
