The Company was informed on 9 December 1997 that 
the following Directors of Bovis Homes Group PLC 
have registered their holdings in the Ordinary 
Shares of 50p each in the Company and in which 
they retain a beneficial holding, as follows:

Malcolm Harris : total beneficial interest 101,900 
Ordinary Shares, of which 50,000 are registered in 
the name of Mrs. Pamela Harris.

Ron Walford : total beneficial interest 40,850 
Ordinary Shares, of which 12,500 are registered in 
the name of Mrs. Moreen Walford.

John Emery : total beneficial interest 14,500 
Ordinary Shares, of which 2,500 are registered in 
the name of Mrs. Anne Emery.

Jim Ditheridge : total beneficial interest 17,000 
Ordinary Shares, of which 5,000 are registered in 
the name of Mrs. Kathleen Ditheridge.

The beneficial holdings of the other Directors of 
the Company are as set out in the prospectus 
issued on 4 December 1997.
