The Company received notification on 25 November 2004 that Aviva plc and Morley
Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) have, following sales
totalling 200,000 shares on 24 November 2004, an interest of 4,656,875 Ordinary
shares of 50p each in the Company. This represents 3.94% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
