NOTIFICATION OF SHAREHOLDING

The Company received notification today that Norwich Union Investment
Management Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) no longer have a notifiable
interest in the Ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company.

The Company was also notified that Morley Fund Management Limited (a
subsidiary of CGNU plc) has a notifiable interest in 8,470,675 Ordinary shares
of 50p each in the Company, representing 7.44% of the total shares in issue.
