Board change 
 
 
In the Company's announcement of the acquisition of Crown East Limited released 
in December last year, Wensum stated its intention of appointing Stephen Dorrell 
(Wensum's Deputy Chairman) as Chairman of the Company, taking over this role 
from Stuart Lyons. The board now announces that Stephen Dorrell has today been 
appointed Chairman and that Stuart Lyons, on stepping down as Chairman, has 
resigned as a director of the Company. The board wishes to thank Mr Lyons for
