Eaton Named One of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2010; Fourth Consecutive Year

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN)
has been recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the
World’s Most Ethical Companies for the fourth consecutive year.
