SEATTLE, March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based
Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced today plans to relocate its
Rack store to a new, larger location within the Sugar House
Shopping Center, in Salt Lake City,
UT. The approximately 36,000-square-foot store is scheduled
to open in spring 2019. The property is owned by Dees, Inc.
The new location is in a building directly next door to the
current Rack, near the new Springhill Suites and Whole Foods
Market. It is conveniently located off of I-80 freeway,
approximately three miles from the downtown business district.

be a part of the Salt Lake City
community since we first opened our doors here back in 1991," said

continuing to serve customers in this larger, updated location we
think will offer a great shopping experience."
Today, there are four Rack stores in Utah and two full line locations. Nordstrom
has been serving customers in the state since it first opened at
Fashion Place in 1981.
