Transatlantic stock market operator NYSE Euronext (NYX) and the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Monday announced a strategic partnership between them.

MAIN FACTS:

- In a joint statement, the companies said they had established a "strategic, long-term cooperation agreement covering the development of future mutually-beneficial business initiatives and the migration of WSE markets to NYSE Technologies Universal Trading Platform." .
