To spotlight the versatility of the new Stingray Envo™ POS
workstation, Panasonic is reaching out to consumers with a
promotion asking for suggestions for innovative, non-traditional
deployments of the system. The "Where do you Envo?" promotion is
designed to encourage and showcase varied applications for the Envo
that take advantage of Envo's installation versatility and ability
to run virtually any type of software. Contest entrants will have
the chance to win one of 15 Panasonic LUMIX cameras and a $5,000
grand prize Panasonic shopping spree or two (2) Stingray Envo
Workstations.
"We want to see what our customers think about new and different
ways to use Envo," said Rick Elliott, Director of Food Services,
Panasonic Systems Network Company of America. "Envo's powerful
technology and performance capabilities open up a range of
possibilities for new and exciting uses."
Participants can post their entries onto the website,
www.wheredoyouenvo.com in the following formats: basic text,
graphic, photo or video. A special panel of judges will determine
winners based on originality, application merit and best use of
product features. Each month for three months, a Panasonic LUMIX
Digital Camera will be awarded to the top five entries. At the end
of the contest, site visitors will have the chance to vote for
their favorite among all the monthly winners. The entrant with the
most votes will win the grand prize of a $5,000 Panasonic shopping
spree or two (2) Stingray Envo Workstations.
The "Where do you Envo?" contest, which will run from Jaunary 2,
2012 to April 14, 2012, will also be rolled out on social media
sites including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. For
