Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 8, 2023, Univar Solutions Inc. (“Univar Solutions” or the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on the status of the regulatory approvals required to consummate the proposed transaction contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated March 13, 2023, among the Company and affiliates of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
