Centric Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CTE) wishes to announce the appointment of Anthony Dutton, Simon Anderson and Nicolas Davidoff to its Board of Directors and the appointment of Darren Devine, a current Director, as its Chairman.

Anthony Dutton is currently President, CEO and a Director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IB). He is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur experienced in corporate finance, business development and strategic management. Mr. Dutton holds a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. Mr. Dutton is a principal at Primary Capital Group and is also a director of several public and private companies.

Simon Anderson has been a chartered accountant for over 20 years. He has extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Mr. Anderson is a director or chief financial officer of a number of publicly traded companies trading on the TSX, TSX-V and NYSE-AMEX exchanges.

Nicholas Davidoff is a Senior Analyst at Firebird Management LLC. Prior to joining Firebird, Mr. Davidoff was a trader at Ronin Capital LLC. He holds a BSM in finance from Tulane University and serves on the board of Kenya Fluorspar Company Ltd., a Kenyan mining company.

The Board of Directors now comprises Alec Robinson, Darren Devine, Anthony Dutton, Simon Anderson and Nicolas Davidoff.
