IRI Separation Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IRI) - 

As of this date the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of its
interim President Mr. Ron Bayne who has resigned due to acute health issues. He
will continue to advise the Company as his conditions permit. 


Additionally the Board is announcing the acceptance of the resignation of Mr.
Rick Stiksma as CFO. Mr. Bryan Tassin has agreed to act as the Interim CFO. The
Board has begun a search for their permanent replacements. 


The financing agreement between IRI and Wellington West has expired. 

The Company is in the process of changing its web domain and therefore has not
up-dated the site.
