BURNABY, BC, June 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Legend Power Systems Inc. (TSX-V: LPS) announces that it has granted a total of 450,000 incentive stock options to employees to purchase:

1. 275,000 common shares for a period of 5 years at $0.35 per share, vesting over a period of three years.
2. 175,000 common shares for a period of 3 years at $0.35 per share, exercisable for achieving certain sales targets.
