PCR Pinecrest Resources Ltd

Subject to regulatory approval, Pinecrest Resources Ltd. ("Pinecrest" or "the
Company") (TSX VENTURE:PCR) has granted 510,000 stock options to a director of
the Company. The options are at an exercise price of $0.12 per share and valid
for a period of five years from the date of grant.
