previously-announced $2,000,000.00 private placement (PRESS RELEASE May 14,
2008) has been fully subscribed. The subscribers comprise five Canadian
institutions and Dan Casey, Sonomax's new Chief Executive Officer. The closing
process has begun and is expected to be completed within two days.
