(the "Company") (SVP.H-TSXV) is pleased to announce that it has received the necessary approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to begin trading on the NEX board (the "NEX"). Further to Exchange Bulletin issued on March 20th, 2014 the Company will be reinstated for trading on the opening Friday, March 21st, 2014 under the ticker symbol SVP.H.

The Company will continue to pursue and examine opportunities with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction and will make further announcements with respect to these efforts.
