(TSX Venture: TTZ) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary ROM Communications Inc. has filed a statement of claim in Court Of Queen's Bench Of Alberta against Clean Harbors Energy and Industrial Services Corp., formerly operating as Eveready Energy Services Corp., claiming damages in the amount of $3.8 million for breach of contract.
