("AGIN" or the "Company") (OTCBB: AGIN) (BERLIN: A8G) (WKN:A1KBDQ/ISIN:US02640K1079) is pleased to issue a corporate update in regard to its project with CTI Nanotechnologies LLC ("CTI") CTI reports that it has situated the majority of its equipment at the new R&D/manufacturing facility in Rockingham, Vermont. The facility is currently being readied for the setup of the production line. CTI expects the line to be ready to start testing within 90 days.

CTI has advised that further testing of the graphene paper technology is proceeding well and they hope to have further updates on scalability shortly.

On January 25th 2013, the Company announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with a private US company CTI Nanotechnologies LLC. ("CTI") to further the development and commercialization of Graphene Paper. CTI is working on the development and commercialization of Graphene Paper.
