JUPITER, FL--(Marketwired - Dec 17, 2013) -  SnackHealthy, Inc. (OTCBB: SNAX) today announced the Asian roll out of O Organics milk and yogurt products in an exclusive collaboration with Hong Kong-based Sterling Food Solutions Ltd.

O Organics is manufactured by Lucerne Foods, a subsidiary of Safeway Inc., one of the world's largest supermarket chains. The products are sourced from a variety of carefully selected organic growers using earth-friendly farming practices and produced in accordance with all USDA organic standards; without the use of synthetic pesticides, genetic modification, growth hormones or antibiotics.

SnackHealthy CEO Richard Damion commented, "The O Organics brand is currently being sold by Hong Kong-based Dairy Farm Group, one of the largest grocery store chains in Asia with over 5,000 locations. The introduction of the O Organics dairy product line in February 2014 will also include UHT and ESL milk. Our objective is to make it the leading organic milk and dairy brand in the region."

Healthient, a division of SnackHealthy, will be providing procurement, documentation, consolidation and export support for the specialty food market. "Establishing this network will allow us to seamlessly move into the direct branded milk sector later in 2014," Damion added.
