(PINKSHEETS: OPMG) (OTCQB: OPMG) and a provider of mobile applications, today announces the official beginning of the revenue production stage for its PhoneGuard "Text Responsibly" and "Personal Security" products. The Company is also providing details of its plans for an innovative, but industry proven, hybrid direct revenue and advertising revenue model that includes not only sales of the PhoneGuard products targeted at teenagers, parents and enterprises, but also a powerful advertising-based model that is expected to enhance the Company's revenues.

The new PhoneGuard.com website is now operational allowing consumers to simply and conveniently download and purchase any of the new product offerings. The new site features the Company's new PhoneGuard branding strategy and the Company's new tagline "It's Your Life. Drive It."

The website also features a personal message from two-time Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Justin Bieber who commented, "There are too many lives lost to such a preventable issue like texting and driving. This is a cause that's really important to me, and I know affects a lot of my fans. That's why I decided to work with PhoneGuard, because we share the same vision and goal. The Company is also unveiling the pricing and feature sets of the three main product categories targeted at teens, parents and enterprise customers. The teen-oriented product is priced at a one-time payment of $0.99 and there are two versions of the product targeted at parents, PhoneGuard Family and PhoneGuard Family Pro, priced at $4.99 and $19.99 per year, respectively. Additionally, the Company is now making available a customizable and feature packed comprehensive product suite targeted at enterprise customers, called PhoneGuard Enterprise.

The new PhoneGuard application targets teens that are looking to stay safe while always ensuring they stay connected to their friends and family. The application includes Text Block, Custom Auto-Reply, Admin Override and Panic Button. PhoneGuard Family enables parents to play an active role in their family's safety by protecting them on and off the road with features such as Text Block, Custom Auto-Reply, Admin Override, Panic Button, Speed Control, Admin Control, Request Permission and Remember Passcode. PhoneGuard Family Pro includes the same features as PhoneGuard Family, plus Web Portal, Geo-Fencing, Custom Timeout and Real-Time Tracking/Locator function, which uses GPS to locate a missing phone in real time.

These new product offerings position PhoneGuard at the intersection of safety and connectivity by disabling texting, emailing and keyboard functions of a mobile phone while in a vehicle moving faster than 10 miles per hour, empowering drivers to take responsibility for personal security and safe driving, while providing a host of additional safety and connectivity related benefits.
