niente di particolare.
la dicitura AG lascia intendere che non ci sono più attività bancarie nel titolo ma solo assicurative
per il resto delle informazioni puoi consultare il sito www.fortis.com
al momento il sito ageas dà solo un collegamento ad una polisportiva napoletana ;)

Belgian insurer Ageas NV (AGS.BT), the remnant of former financial-services giant Fortis, said Friday that a Brussels court ruled in its favor in a dispute with investors about hybrid capital securities issued by Fortis in 2002.
Ageas shares, which halted trading pending the court ruling, resumed following a company statement. At 1501 GMT, they were up 0.8% at EUR2.31.
The dispute centered on EUR1.25 billion in securities that were bought by two Luxembourg-based investment funds from Fortis. The investors wanted the securities to be declared null and void and demanded to be reimbursed against nominal value.
Ageas is involved in a number of legal spats arising from the collapse and break-up of Fortis. Analysts say that, on top of worries about the company's exposure to southern European sovereign debt, the legal issues create extra uncertainty among investors.
Still, Societe Generale analyst William Elderkin said in a note that the exposure is overestimated and that a likely restructuring of Greek national debt will be manageable.
Elderkin Friday initiated his coverage on Ageas with a buy rating and a EUR2.80 target price.

Floating Rate Equity-linked Subordinated Hybrid (“FRESH”) are undated capital securities with a denomination of EUR 250,000 per
security and issued for a total nominal amount of EUR 1.250 billion. They were issued in 2002 by Fortfinlux (now Ageasfinlux), a
Luxembourg company, to improve the capital position of the former Fortis group. The FRESH constitute mandatory
convertible obligations of Ageasfinlux, with ageas SA/NV and ageas N.V. as co-obligors. Coupons on the FRESH are payable
quarterly at a variable rate equal to 3-month EURIBOR plus 1.35%. To date, the FRESH securities have been treated as noninnovative
capital instruments for regulatory purposes, due to their deeply subordinated characteristics and their mandatory
conversion into Ageas shares. The number of underlying shares amounts to 39,682,540. The FRESH have no maturity date, but
may be exchanged for Fortis (now Ageas) shares at a price of EUR 31.50 per share at the discretion of the holder. The FRESH will
automatically be converted into Fortis (now Ageas) shares if the price of the Fortis (now Ageas) share is equal to or higher than
EUR 47.25 for 20 consecutive stock exchange business days.
