(NYSE MKT: FOH) ("Company") announced today that its comparable store sales for the four weeks ended July 28, 2012 decreased 18.6% compared to the four weeks ended July 30, 2011. The Company also announced a comparable store sales increase of 0.5% for the 52 weeks ended July 28, 2012, compared to the 52 weeks ended July 30, 2011.

"As expected, we had significantly less clearance inventory this July as a result of our restructured merchandise process and improved inventory management system.  This, together with our focus on achieving more profitable sales, led to lower comparable store sales in July.  While the decline was higher than anticipated due to the added impact of the general slowing in the retail industry, we were still able to improve profit margins and are pleased with our inventory position as we end our fiscal year," stated Thomas Lynch, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
